WELCOME TO FIVE STAR ACADEMY
For more than a decade, our apprenticeship academy has provided our apprentices with everything they need to sharpen their skills, develop their trade, and find a path towards a career they’ll love for years to come. If you believe you have the basic skill set to begin working in a hair salon or barbershop within a 1-2 month time frame, the apprenticeship program is designed for you.
Understanding Our private training lessons
Beginners
If you've never picked up a pair of shears or clippers, but feel the desire to, this program may be right for you.
Intermediate
So you have mastered the clippers, trimmers, and perhaps the shears. But, you still want to learn more, try our intermediate lessons.
Advanced
So you've established yourself as an experience artist with a decent client base, but you feel like you've hit a plateau. Let's help you diversify and elevate your portfolio of services.
Exam Prep
So you've been at it for at least 1-2 years, and you are now ready to become a fully licensed Barber or Cosmetologist. Yet you have one last hurdle to overcome, the State Board Exam! Have no worries, we have you covered.
